Premier Mascotas states that it coordinates shipments to several European countries and collections by appointment. Whether a transfer is possible, and which documents it requires, depends on the species, the animal and the destination country.

Each acquisition is formalised with a sale contract that is reviewed before payment. Time limits, coverage and exclusions are set out in that document.

Can I buy an animal directly from the website?

No. The website is informational: it shows the listings and lets you request information. The acquisition is formalised with a written contract, after availability and documentation have been confirmed.

Are all the animals shown available?

The listings come from the current website. Their availability has not been verified one by one, which is why they appear as "Availability to be confirmed". We confirm it to you in writing when you write to us.

Are the prices final?

They are the prices published on the current website. The final amount, what it includes and the payment method are set out in the contract.

What documentation does each animal have?

It depends on the species and the animal. On each profile we indicate which details need to be confirmed: identification, breeder registration, health and, where applicable, CITES. Ask for them before you decide.

Are the photographs of the animal listed?

They are the photographs published on the current website for that listing. We recommend asking for recent photos and video of the animal before you decide.
