Trust and documentation
We prefer to show evidence rather than display badges. Here we explain what documentation should accompany each animal and what state the information on this website is in.
Documentation you can request
Animal identification
Microchip (dogs and cats) or closed ring and/or microchip (birds), with the corresponding document.
Breeder or zoological establishment registration
Registration number of whoever breeds or sells the animal, where the regulations require it.
Health
Passport or health record, vaccinations, worming treatments and, if there is one, a veterinary check-up report.
Pedigree and tests
Only where they exist: pedigree, tests on the parents or genetic tests, with their document.
CITES
For parrots, reptiles and other species covered by the convention: the animal's certificate or permit.
Sale contract
Terms, guarantees, delivery and complaints procedure, in writing and before payment.
Status of the information on this website
This proposal uses the listings, photographs and contact details of the current website. Some content from that website has not been carried over because we have not been able to verify it with a document:
- Awards, seals and licences with incomplete numbers or without a document to support them.
- Team profiles (names, roles and experience) with no accreditation available.
- Satisfaction figures and reviews without a verifiable source.
- Specific guarantee periods, own fleet, GPS tracking or insurance, pending the contract and the supplier's documents.
When Premier Mascotas provides the documentation, it will be published here with its source and date.
How badges are published
On this website a badge only indicates a fact with an associated internal document (for example, "Document available"). No decorative element represents an official licence or certification.
